A whole with the rest of the housing
A wide arched door connects the dining room with the annex, which is fully equipped for disabled persons, but obviously can be used by able-bodied people as well off course. The adjustments in this room are made in this way that they form a whole with the rest of the house and thus not showing a hospital feeling. This special room has two mobile high / low beds with trapeze bar, a modified extended toilet with folding support brackets and a slightly tiltable sink with standard tap for wheelchair users. Furthermore a wheelchair accessible shower equipped with a fixed folding shower chair and a mobile shower chair. Two patio doors without thresholds allows this bedroom an access to the garden with its terraces. This allows rolling out a wheelchair but, if desired, a bed as well.
The graceful spiral staircase connects the ground floor with the upper floor, but one can reach it also via the outside staircase and the former entrance of the original residential floor. This spacious floor offers three luxury attractively furnished bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with all comforts.
One of the bedrooms is decorated in colonial style with a double bed (180x210) equipped with electric movable mattress. This bedroom overlooks the pool and the Mediterranean Sea and provides direct access to one of the existing roof terraces.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90x210 cm) with electrically movable mattresses. A large wardrobe is available in this room too.
The third bedroom accommodates three people and is equipped with bunk beds (90x210 cm) with extra trundle, which in size is suitable for both children and adults. This room features a wardrobe and a dresser servable as a changing table also. Naturally, a changing mat, a potty, a high chair and a cot are available for the little ones.
Chilling may take place on one of the two spacious roof terraces overlooking the garden and pool and stunning views of the adjacent nature reserve and the Mediterranean. Lazy swinging in a hammock or musing in a beanbag one could even spot Ibiza if the weather is suitable. In short, the ultimate place to chill!
